Crazy rain
Record breaking rainfall here. Charlotte under water in many places! Made this morning's run with Chris, Jocelyn, etc. from the Dowd Y interesting! Did the 12 mile loop at a nice and easy pace including a few u turns where the water in the street was waist deep and unpassable! Legs felt as if they had recovered somewhat compared to yesterday so we'll see what tomorrow's workout brings
