5.3 miles @ 6.45. Same loop as Wednesday, pushed it harder today, probably a bit too hard

So the recession is hitting hard here. My Company announced yesterday that as part of a drive to cut overhead because of the current economic climate, our staff cafeteria will be closed and the free fruit we enjoy will no longer be provided. That's going to cost me a fortune in apples and bananas- seriously!!
