Pounding

Got my run in for the day before work, indeed what will be my longest and hardest effort of the week. 12 miles in 1.18.47. Felt fine, although my legs always feel like they take such a pounding on this route into work. Nothing now until track workout after work tomorrow. Thinking of doing Tusca's 5*800/400 that he nailed last week.

Keeping my eye on a few friends at Boston this morning....
